General Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions apply fully to any player who uses the af59apk website, mobile app, services, and promotions.
Agreement to Use the Platform
By accessing the af59apk platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted the terms in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not continue using the platform.

- Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is opened under the same name, both accounts may be closed.

Account Registration and Management

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details when registering. Accounts opened with incorrect or fake information may be closed without prior notice and funds will not be released.
We reserve the right to verify the information you have provided. We may request verification at any time, not necessarily on the day of registration.
Password Security
Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately via Live Chat. af59apk cannot be held responsible for any financial losses that occur without your knowledge.
Grounds for Account Suspension — Account Closure
af59apk may suspend or close an account if any of the following occurs:
- Money laundering or using funds of illegitimate origin for gambling
- Using strategies considered to be bonus abuse
- Exploiting technical glitches to gain financial advantage
- Treating staff or other players in an abusive manner
- Submitting false or invalid KYC (identity verification) documents
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all methods)
- Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer
- Deposits will be reflected in your account immediately
- Deposits must be made in your own name; third-party deposits are not allowed
- Deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
- Processing time: resolved within 1 hour
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for your deposit
- Bonus wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal
- Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete
Currency Conversion & Fees
af59apk does not charge any fees on our end for deposits or withdrawals. However, banks and payment companies may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. Processing times refer only to the platform's processing time and do not include the processing time of the bank or payment service provider.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
The requirements you must meet to claim a bonus and to withdraw bonus winnings are explained below.
Welcome Bonus
Get a 100% bonus (up to 300,000 Ks) on your first deposit at af59apk. To withdraw from your bonus funds, you must first wager 15 times the bonus amount.
Example (1): When depositing 20,000 Ks — you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, making your total balance 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks before withdrawals are allowed.
Example (2): When depositing 620,000 Ks — you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum), making your total balance 920,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks before withdrawals are allowed.
Bonus Protection Rules
- The bonus can only be claimed once per account; only one account per person is permitted
- No withdrawals can be processed until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed
- If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days after the bonus is issued, the bonus amount will be forfeited
- Accounts found using strategies considered to be bonus abuse (hedge betting, arbitrage) may have their bonus removed
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
af59apk maintains a fair and manipulation-free environment for all players.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Using software tools (bots, macros, scripts) to play automatically
- Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting bugs in the server or game software
- Boosting bonuses by transferring funds between accounts
- Using programs that bypass censorship or controls in any game
- Using the platform as a tool to conduct money laundering
Security Technology
af59apk protects players' personal and financial information using SSL encryption. Game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, designed so that no party can manipulate the outcome.
We reserve the right to apply stricter financial verification if we have reason to believe that a player's income is inconsistent with the bonus method being used.
VIP Levels and Cashback Terms
af59apk's VIP program has 5 tiers from Bronze to Diamond, and we reward players accordingly.
VIP Level Adjustments and Cashback
VIP levels are determined by af59apk based on a player's activity:

All content and software on the platform is protected under intellectual property law.

Account Closure by Player
A player may request to close their account at any time via Live Chat or email. Any remaining non-bonus balance can be withdrawn before the closure request; bonus balances will not be paid out.
Suspension by af59apk
af59apk may suspend or close accounts of players suspected of acting in the ways described in Section 02, without prior notice. When this occurs, a final decision will be made after reviewing the financial settlement.
